Mince onion.
Amount of meat will determine the amount of BBQ
sauce you use, for large amounts, use two jars of
sauce. You want the meat to be covered by the sauce.
Add meat, minced onion and all other ingredients
and seasonings to your taste into crock-pot. Cook
on low-medium heat for 6-8 hours. Check how done
the meat is at 6 hours, may need 1-2 more hours of
cooking. You want the meat to fall apart with
tenderness at the touch of a fork.
Serve with a side of baked beans, corn on the cob,
coleslaw or potato salad on your favorite bun.
