-Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a
boil
-Add potatoes and cook until tender, but still firm
(about 10 min)
-Drain and place in large bowl
-Slightly mash potatoes
-Add all other ingredients
-Mash everything together until smooth and creamy
(or slightly lumpy depending on preference)
