Punch a hole in the center of the bread with juice glass or other
round object.
Spread margarine on both sides of bread. Place in preheated
skillet. Break the egg into the hole in the bread. Cook one side,
flip, cook second side.
Salt and pepper to taste.
These are to be served when your grandchildren spend the night!
