saute the onions, bell peppers, and garlic in a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook for 10 mins or until soft.
2. place the chicken, onion mix, cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
3. Mix w/ hands make 4 patties
4. grill for about 6 mins
