2 lbs. lean groung beef, 1 lg. onion, (chopped), 1 lg. green onion (chopped), 1 can creamed corn, 1

can stewed tomatos, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can black olives, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 2 T chili
|

powder, 1 heaping tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 2 tsp. cracked black pepper, 1 T
|
|
worcestershire sauce, 8 oz. egg noodles, grated longhorn cheese, olive oil, & salt & pepper to taste

brown and drain hamburger. season with salt, pepper, worcestershire, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, garlic ect...
|

fry onion, green pepper, & garlic in olive oil and drain. add to hamburger mixture. add corn, tomatos, tomato paste, & olives(sliced)and heat slowly.
|
|
|
cook noodles in salted water approx. 7 min. drain and gently add to meat mixture. place in oiled casserole dish. bake 1 1/2 hrs. at 350
|
|
|
*note flavor improves greatly if allowed to set wvernight before baking.
