Pour 12 cups of water in a large pot. Mix in 4 tbs
of no chicken base. Add carrots, celery, and onion.
Cook covered on medium high heat for 1 hour.
Dumplings- In medium bowl combine flour and salt.
Add eggs and enough milk to make a paste like
consistency. Spoon into boiling soup. Boil for 10
minutes.
Add celery salt and pepper to taste.
