Sift flour with sugar and cocoa. Combine margarine, water and oil
in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture. Dissolve
baking soda in buttermilk. Combine with eggs and vanilla and add
to flour mixture. Beat well. Pour into 11 x 16 pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
For Icing- Heat margarine and milk, pour over remaining
ingredients. Blend well. Spread on cake.
