Ingredients |

Scoop of protein powder

1 egg or 1/4 cup egg whites
|

1 tbsp ground flax seed
|
|
1/4 cup milk of choice (or 2 tbsp greek yogurt and enough milk to thin it out)

Sweetener to taste (I usually add in 1 tbsp splenda but it will depend on your protein powder)
|
|
Optional - cocoa powder, cinnamon, nuts, fruit
|
|
You can also use psyllium husk in place of the flax seed but you may need more milk
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix everything together in a blender or with whisk
so everything is combined
|
|
|
Pour into a greased skillet over medium heat and
cook 2-3 min per side
|

Top with nut butter, jam, syrup, honey, fresh fruit,
or whatever you're feeling that day.
