1 cup carrots, sliced(WIC food)

1 can tomatoes(WIC food)

2 bay leaves

Instructions |
|
|
Brown meat in skillet. Cover vegetables with 2 inches water and cook until tender.
|
|
|
Add seasoning and meat to vegetables. Cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
(May add more water if needed)

|
Add tomatoes and cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
|
