Simmer 1 hour- makes enough for 2 good size
roasts.
Wrap brisket in heavy foil 2-3 times, very tight.
Place in a 9x13 pan. Roast 8 hrs at 275 degrees.
When done, slice against the grain. Place in
casserole, cover in layers with sauce. Heat in
350 oven until heated through.
