In a large pan, brown ground meat and drain. Add remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for
30-40 minutes or until green peppers are tenders. Stir occasionally.
Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Colored
peppers can be used in place of green peppers.
