Mix Jello with 5 cups boiling water. Stir and let cool. Mix sugar and 4 cups boiling water until sugar dissolves. Add sugar water to Jello mixture.
Add pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir well. Dip out enough to fill a bundt pan for ice ring.
Put punch mixtuer in freezer in 1 quart containers. Freeze punch in bundt pan.
Remove punch from freezer and allow to thaw for 2 to 3 hours. Add ginger ale. Put in punch bowl with frozen punch ring. Punch will be a slush mixture.
