1 lb. ground beef, add salt and pepper to taste

1 small diced white or yellow onion

half a green pepper diced
|

1 small can or jar of sliced mushrooms

|
brown meat with the above ingrediants,
|
|
drain fat off meat
|
|
1 can of cream of mshroom soup
|
|
1/2 cup of milk
|
|
simmer for 15 minutes then add 6-8 oz sour cream
|
|
|
|
stir well and serve over cooked, wide noodles
|
|
Boil water and add wide noodles after adding sour cream to meat
|
|
