Line large cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place saltine crackers on foil Boil 1 cup margarine and 1 cup sugar for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
Place 2 cups of chocolate chips over crackers. Spread chips with knife. Cool. Break into pieces, place in tin.
