Preheat the oven to 450*. In a large bowl sift your flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Work the shortening in with a large fork until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add the milk, stirring with a spoon. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 30 seconds. Roll out to about a 1/2 thickness (i just use my hands for this) Cut with a floured biscuit cutter (i use an old vegetable can) and bake for about 10-12 min. Melt the remaining butter in a bowl and add the honey. Brush this over the biscuits for more flavor.
