1 c Sweet and Spicy Salsa (Longaberger product available in the wish list)
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 split onion buns
Instructions
Combine turkey, chilies and 1/2 c salsa; mix well. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Top each with cheese and broil to melt. Put burgers in buns and top with remaining salsa.
