This is probably Christine's most well known recipe. Thousands of gingersnaps have been made over the years-either by Christine or under her watchful eye. They smell marvellous when baking and look wonderful when piled up, cooling. Always wonderful, rarely the same, two batches in a row-if made at the Christmas baking day- but always reliably a big hit with all who encounter them.
