Mix 4 cup of flour and all the sugar, yeast, and
salt in kitchen-aide. Mix in vanilla, margarine,
and eggs. SLOWLY add milk and water. Add last
cup of flour. (may need more if sticky) Dough
should be soft and slightly sticky but still
making a soft smooth dough that stays in a ball.
Put in a large bowl sprayed with non-stick cooking
spray and cover with saran wrap. Let rise till
double (about 1-1/2 hrs_

Make caramel sauce. In a small pan melt butter,
brown sugar, vanilla, and honey. Bring to a boil
for 1 minute and then pour into a larger pan (like a
10x15)that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking
spray. If desired you can add pecans if you like.

In a small bowl use a fork and mix filling
mixture. Roll out dough to about 8 x 24 inches.
Spread filling over dough and roll up long side.
Cut into 15 pieces. About 1-1/2 inches each.
Place 12 in pan and cover with saran wrap and let
rise (about 45min). The other three wrap in saran
wrap and put in a freezer bag to bake later but
within a month. You can stick them in a
individual pie pan to make one at a time. You
don't even need caramel.

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 deg. Bake 18-20 minutes.
(Individual ones take only 12-15 minutes)
Immediately cover with foil and turn upside down
by putting a large baking sheet over and then
flipping over. Let cool and add some swirls of
cream cheese frosting if desired.
