Heat oil in pan to 375 degrees over med-high heat. Put flour in pie plate. Process shells until ground and put on another pie plate. Add pancake mix, milk, egg and seasoning, mix well and let stand 10 minutes. Thread hot dogs onto skewers. Coat in flour, then batter. Lower carefully in oil. Cook 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove by grabbing skewer with tongs. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salsa and mustard for dipping.
