Saute onion and garlic in 1 T oil. Remove from heat, add seasoning and tomatoes. Brush both sides of mushrooms with 1 T oil. Grill at medium and not direct flame 3-4 minutes per side. You should have stem up last. Fillw ith seasoning and top with cheese. When melted put on plates and serve. Good with salad and crusty bread for a meal, or serve as an appetizer.
