Line 9x13 with 1 pack Crescent rolls ( I roll out between 2
pieces wax paper, pressing together perforated edges) . Mix
cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and
spread on bottom layer. Top with other pack of rolls doing the
same way and place on top of filling. Brush with egg white
mixed with 1 T. Water. Cook at 350 for 30 mins. I do not add
the topping but wanted to include in recipe. After they cook I
mix powdered sugar with a little water and brush on top. I like
that better but do what you want.
