Saute onion and garlic until tender, add salsa, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chicken, remove from heat and set aside. Spoon 2 T beans down center of eah tortilla, top with scant 1/2 c chicken mixture. Fold top and bottom, then roll. Secure with wooden toothpicks if necessary. Place in 9x13 seam down. Pan should be sprayed with Pam. Bake at 450 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning and respraying pan after 10 minutes.
