2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
|
|
1 or 2 cloves garlic minced
|
|
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes julienned
|
|
1 can or 1/4 cup sliced olives drained
|
|
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
|
|
|
|
1/2 tsp. salt -optional
|
|
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary crushed
|
|
1 tbsp fresh basil minced
|
|
1 tsp ground black pepper
|
|
1 each red and green pepper seeded and finely chopped
|
|
1/2 cup carrots diced small-optional
|
|
1 medium tomato seeded and finely chopped-optional
|
|
1 jar pickled artichoke hearts chopped-optional
|
|
1/2 jar caper- optional
|
