Instructions
start with banana, ginger, pear, lemon, cucumber and 1/2 cup water in strong blender. Blend until smooth. If using nuts, blend with small amount of water before adding anything else.
Add mint, parsley, and small greens (like watercress) and blend until smooth. Add water gradually as needed.
Add remaining greens one at a time and blend until smooth. May need to pulse to get bigger greens blended.
This amount of greens should fill a regular sized blender to the top.

Serves 1-2 people. I drink the whole thing myself first thing in the morning.
