Break up cream cheese and braunsweiger; let soften.
Leave enough cheese out to ice 2 balls.

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 2 balls; ice with
remaining cream cheese.
|

|
Put in freezer for 1/2 an hour. Roll in chopped nuts
(optional).
|
|
|
Can be made ahead of time & kept frozen. Take out about
one hour before serving.
