Preheat oven to 375 spray with with non stick spray. Spread
1/3 of sauce on bottom of pan, arrange 3 noodles in single
layer over sauce. Top with another 1/3 sauce, then all of
ricotta cheese and veggies,then remaining noodles in single
layer and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Spread evenly with
remaining sauce.

Cover dish with foil. Bake until noodles are tender and mixture
is piping hot, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with remaining cheese,
bake uncovered for 5 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before
cutting.
