8 1/2 cups of minute rice (1 cup per pound of meat)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cabbage.....i think i used 2 heads of cabbage last year
1 qt apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Form large meatballs with pork, beef, rice, salt and pepper
Simmer cabbage in 1 qt apple cider vinegar and add enough water to cover both heads of cabbage.
Once cabbage becomes softer wrap meatballs with cabbage ( can use toothpicks to keep cabbage in place)
Add wrapped meatballs to the remaining cabbage/vinegar mixture and cook on medium until boiling. Once they start boiling lower heat to low and cook for 5 hours.
