Combine Scrambled Eggs packet and water in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add EggBeaters, mix, and set aside.
Combine tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.
Coat a skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Saute mushrooms and green peppers until tender.
Add tomatoes.
When tomatoes start to cook, add egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
