|
Prehead oven to 425 degrees. Spread rest of jalapeno/preserves mixture over top and add the remaining pecans. Bake for 10 minutes. Warm baguettes to accompany.

Cut brie horizontally and place bottom on baking dish with cut side up.

|
|
Mix jalapeno pepper finely chopped and appricot preserves in bowl.
|
|
|
Spread 1/2 of mixture onto bottom of brie and top with 1/2 pecans. Place other 1/2 of brie on top with cut side up (so that rough side is up). Spread rest of jalapeno/preserves mixture over top and add the remaining pecans. Bake for 10 minutes. Warm baguettes to accompany.
