Heat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with nonstick foil. Crust- In a large bowl, blend butter, powdered sugar and salt until well combined and smooth. Stir in flour until blended. Scrape into prepared pan and press evenly into the bottom. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Filling- In a large bowl, beat granulated sugar, flour, eggs and lemon juice until completely smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until no imprint remains when touched. Remove from oven and let cook completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
