Beat all bar ingredients together. Pour into well greased or sprayed 15x10 jelly roll pan or 9x13. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Cool Cut into 1x3 inch bars or into squares and put into small cupcake liners. Combine frosting ingredients, and frost bars. Add sprinkles, chopped nuts, holiday candies, etc. to garnish.
