Heat oil on 4 in a frying pan. Add chicken strips and brown. Add spices such as a chicken spice, onion powder, garlic powder, Louisiana hot sauce, cayenne pepper, etc. Place on a paper towel lined plate. Keep warm in oven.
Using the same frying pan (on dial 4) add various sliced vegetables. Cook until softened (not mushy). Place in oven to keep warm.
Combine chicken and vegetables to cleaned romaine lettuce. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to mixture. Toss using spoons.
