Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 inch cake pan or 2qt dish.Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift cocoa into mix and add salt. Add mixture to prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Icing can be made to go with dish. Whip 1 cup whipping cream, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/2 t almond extract, 3 T powdered sugar until stiff. Serve over cooked cake.
