Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add
fettuccine noodles, stirring occasionally until
tender. Drain. Add alfredo sauce and mushrooms to
noodles and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally so the noodles don't stick to the pan. In another pot,
bring water to a boil and add shrimp. Boil for 5-
10 minutes, or until they turn a light pink color.
Drain. Pour over noodles. Enjoy!
