1- Boil water (high heat), add the pasta, turn it
down to medium. Cook for duration specified on
package.
2- While the water is boiling, chop the onions and
fry them in the olive oil, stirring frequently,
until they are golden brown (5-10 minutes).
3- Chop the remaining veggies and add them to the
pan. Fry the veggies for 5 minutes until they are
soft.
4- Pour the sauce into the veggie mixture. Add
pesto. Stir often. Sauce is done when it is
bubbley.
5- When the pasta is soft, drain it, and mix in
the sauce.
6- Top with cheese and enjoy!
