Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a large
roasting pan. Soak bread crumbs in the milk until
the milk is absorbed. Lightly squeeze out the
crumbs.
In a large bowl, combine the soaked bread,
chicken, egg, cheese, pine nuts, parsley, salt,
and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and transfer
into the roasting pan.
Bake the meatballs until lightly browned and cooked
through, 10 to 12 minutes.
In a large skillet, bring the tomato sauce to a
simmer. Add the meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Add some water if the sauce
is thick.
