Beat sugar,butter, egg and rum until light & fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Flatten approx 1 tbs dough, put cherry on top and
mold dough around cherry. Roll in sugar. Place 2
inches apart. Bake 8 mins at 350 degrees. Cool on
rack.
Whisk glaze ingrediants and spoon over cookies.
