Beat 2 sticks of butter till creamy, beat in 2
cups flour and ½ cup packed light brown sugar and
¼ tsp salt.
13 x 9 grease pan
Press 1 ¾ cup of mixture in pan
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Heat 1 cup chocolate chips with 14 oz can
sweetened condensed milk. Stir till smooth.
Spread over crumbs. Sprinkle rest of crumb
mixture on chocolate.
Spread 1/3 cup raspberry jam over it and 1 cup
chocolate chips over that.
Bake for 25 minutes till center set.
