Cut up your pork roast, you can also use pork
chops. Cut it up in chunks and brown in about a T.
of oil. When the meat is browned, add a tsp. of
flour to it and stir. Add potatoes which have been
cut up in chunks as well. Add 3 cans of Rotel
tomatoes and some water and let it simmer while
you prepare your chiles.
