1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless and cubed
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 cans tomato sauce
2 T. dried tomato & garlic pesto
1 1/2 t. garlic garlic seasoning
Pasta/rice (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Top with peppers,
zucchini and mushrooms. Combine tomato sauce, dried
tomato and garlic pesto and garlic seasoning; pour
over vegetables. Cover, cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Serve over pasta or rice.
