1 Cup Milk
|

6 Tbsp Flour
|

1 can (10 oz) chunk chicken, drained
|

1 can (15 oz) cream corn
|
|
1 can (15.25 oz) yellow corn, undrained
|

2 cups frozen, southern style hash browns
|
|
2 cans (14.5 oz) fat free, low sodium chicken broth
|
|
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
|
|
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Blend milk and flour in 4 qt pan.
|
|
|
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
|
|
|
Heat (simmer) x 15 minutes, minimally (until hot and thick). (Heat is easy to attain, thickening takes time.)
|

Stir occassionally. (I make it in a crock pot and it does marvelously.)
