Mix flour and salt. Add oil, mix with fork until crumbly, add water. Mix till dough forms into a ball. (The secret to a flaky pie crust is you don't over mix it).
Roll dough out between saran wrap or waxed paper. This way you don't need to flour the rolling pin. Once the dough is rolled out to fit the pie pan, remove the top layer of saran wrap, and turn into pie plate, then remove the bottom layer of saran wrap. Bake 450 degrees for 15 mins. checking frequently, as not to burn
