Pop corn, pour into large bowl. Add cranberries and white chocolate. Heat butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, salt over medium heat. Stir until bubbly. Once it starts to bubble, let it continue to cook for 2 to 3 mins. stirring constantly. Add baking soda and stir until creamy color, immediately pour over the popcorn. Stir to coat. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, mixing at 15 min intervals. Let cool, store in airtight container.
