Mix last 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for a
few minutes. Fry bacon pieces til done, add onion,
then sliced potatoes. Pour sauce over and gently stir.
Simmer 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Warm the
following day to serve.
