Stir all ingredients except cracker crumbs together. Pour crushed graham cracker crumbs on a large sheet of waxed paper, parchment paper, or aluminum foil. Shape mixture into rolls, place roll, one at a time, on crumbs and roll until mixture holds together with coating of crumbs. Wrap rolls tightly in saran wrap or wax paper and chill. To serve slice into about 1/2 inch slices.
