2 cups cooked black beans (cook dried beans night before)
1 avocado
Couple dashes sweet red chili sauce
Couple dashes sesame oil
2 nori sheets
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Instructions
Smash the black beans, avocado, chili sauce, and
sesame oil together. Spread on nori sheets. Top with
veggies and roll up. Slice and serve with soy sauce
and chili sauce.
