2 green bell peppers, cut into strips (I sometimes use green and red)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons Cornstartch
2 large tomatoes- cut into 8 wedges each
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 garlic loves, crushed and chopped
Instructions
Pound steak to 1/4" thickness and cut into 1/4" wide strips. Sprinkle meat with paprika, salt and pepper, mix well. Set aside while preparing other ingredients.
In a large skillet, brown the meat in butter. Ad garlic and broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stirring a few times.
Stir in onions and pepper strips. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Blend cornstartch, water and soy sauce together. Stir into meat mixture.
Stirring well, cook until thickened- about 2 minutes. Add in tomatoes, and GENTLY fold them in.
