1 lb bowtie pasta
|
|
1 lb chicken breasts
|
|
2 tblsp olive oil
|
|
1/2 white onion, chopped
|
|
minced garlic
|
|
1/2 c white wine
|
|
1/2 -1 lb asparagus
|
|
salt and pepper
|
|
1/4 c cream
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pasta.
Chicken- sprinkle with salt. Saute in olive oil until browned. Cut into strips.
Chop asparagus into 2in pieces and saute in oil. Set aside
|

Add chopped onion to pan and saute 2-3 min. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Add white wine and boil vigorously until liquid is reduced by half
|

|
Combine asparagus, chicken, pesto, cream together. Add to pasta
|
