1. Heat olive oil in soup pot on medium. Add onion, garlic,
celery salt and pepper, and pepper flakes. Cook till onions are
translucent.
2. Add Cabbage. Cook 10 to 15 min or until cabbage becomes
tender.
3. Add vegetable stock and vinegar. Cook 10 more minutes at
a low simmer.
4. Blend all ingredients together in food blender.
5. Enjoy
