Sundried tomatoes

2 cups milk

2 tbls seeded mustard
|

2 tbls butter
|

1 cup chicken stock

Toasted pine nuts

Instructions |
|
|
1. Fry onion and chicken. Meanwhile cook pasta. Meanwhile make white sauce using milk and chicken stock
|

2. Add mustard to white sauce
|
|
|
3. Add spinach to chicken and wilt. Add to sauce
|
|
|
4. Pour over pasta and sprinkle with pine nuts
|
